Mt. Amasa is crafted from grapes grown in the distinctive terroir of the Yatir Forest. The wine was aged for five months using a combination of concrete amphorae, 500-liter oak barrels, and stainless steel vats. The region, where the Judean Hills, Negev, and Judean Desert converge, adds unique character to the wine.
This blend consists of 52% Viognier, 33% Chenin Blanc, and 15% Roussanne. It presents a golden hue with pale green reflections, offering aromas of summer fruits like melon, papaya, peach, and pear. The wine balances ripe, fruity flavors with lively acidity, culminating in a refreshing finish.
