Yatir Creek

Yatir Creek 2020 is crafted from a blend of 84% Syrah, 11% Carignan, and 5% Mourvèdre, sourced from various plots in the Yatir Forest. This red wine aims to showcase the region’s distinct fruit profile in its purest form. The blend changes annually, adapting to the nuances of each harvest to highlight the unique “Yatir” character and the distinctiveness of the region’s vineyards.

Growing Region: Yatir Forest
Vineyards: Select plots within the Yatir Forest
Aging: Aged for one year in large wooden vats (1,200–5,400 litres), allowing the wine to round out without imparting wood flavors. Bottled in February 2022, it matured at the winery for an additional year before release.
